1740479 - Data connections failed to update from BOE XI3.1 to BI4.0 using UMT

Symptom

When upgrading from a BIAR file using the Upgrade Management Tool (UMT), which contains objects from a SAP BusinessObjects (BOE) XI 3.1 system, to the BI4.0 CMS system, the data connections fail to update and the following error is displayed:

"The property with ID SI_METADATA_PROPERTIES does not exist in the object"
