When trying to view or modify a Web Intelligence (WEBI) report - one of the following errors is seen:
"Illegal access to the viewer. Please use a valid URL"
"An error occurred while the applet was initializing."
In addition, the preferences section for Webi Intelligence is missing in both Infoview \BI Launchpad and CMC
