1740718 - Error starting the SIA server: Windows could not start the Server Intelligence Agent (SERVERNAME) service on SERVERNAME

Symptom

After changing the account starting the Service Intelligent Agent, this service does not start and shows the following error: Windows could not start the Server Intelligence Agent (SERVERNAME) service on SERVERNAME. The service did not return an error. This could be an internal Windows error or an internal service error. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.
