1740993 - Unable to view page when logging in with SAML SSO using IE

Symptom

  • When launching BI launchpad on netweaver with SAML SSO enabled (via trusted authentication) SSO fails in IE by hanging on a blank page
  • Hitting refresh could allow SSO to complete successfully
  • If using Chrome or Firefox (probably other browsers as well) SSO succeeded without any isssue
