1741369 - NONEX values displayed in Time Accounts reports

You notice that the key figures Taken and Planned are displayed with the value "NONEX" in any of the Time Accounts reports.

1. Go to Work Center Time Administration
2. Go to View Reports
3. Open any of the Time Accounts reports

The characteristic Time Account Type is not displayed in the report, neither in Rows nor Columns. It can be found in Not Currently Shown.

The report is not meaningful without the characteristic Time Account Type which contains attributes like Working time, Travel time and Vacation. An aggregation of the key figures Taken and Planned without these attributes would not be meaningful.

Move the characteristic Time Account Type from Not Currently Shown to Rows or Columns. The values for key figures Taken and Planned will then be displayed as expected.

If the "NONEX" value is occurring in any result field then it might be because that the calculation is between two different Time Accounts or different Units or any calculation where the parameters are not same.
