Symptom

  • When trying to save a Web Intelligence document to the sub-category under Personal or Corporate Categories, cannot find check box beside sub-category under Categories or Corporate Categories.
  • Highlight sub-category under Personal or Corporate Categories to save the document, the document is not saved to the specified sub-category.
