1742424 - Translate the GRC Access Control Notification Template to Other Language

How to translate a Notification Template document into some language other than the original language in which it was created.

Symptoms:

1) "Document does not yet exist in language German" occurs while trying to change a Notification Template from English to German language. This occurs in transaction SE61.

2) Error in MSMP when sending a notification:

Failure when sending notification for event NEW_WORK_ITEM (template GRAC_AR_NEW_WORK_ITEM)
Body document "ZXXXX" not found
Sending notifications for NEW_WORK_ITEM for instance xxxxx, path XXXX, stage XXX
