1742655 - Need and option to show "friendly" or complete error message in Webi when reporting against SAP datasource.

When SAP datasource errors are encountered in Webi HTML or Interactive or Java Report Panel, BOE users should be able to choose between "friendly" errors that return only the specific database error, or the entire error, including potentially long MDX statements along with the SAP error.

In XI 3.1 Service Pack 2, Fixpack 2.3 and newer patch levels return the full MDX statement and SAP datasource error. This potentially confuses the end users.

A side issue has also been identified that when the long error message pop up box is returned, it sometimes runs off the bottom of the screen with no way to click the "Close" or "Ok" button. The only way out is hitting the "escape" key, though this isn't apparently clear.

It has also been identified that some user can see scroll bars and some cannot.  Also over time users that could see scroll bars on the error pop-up can no longer.
