1742979 - DBCLONE: ORA-00001: unique constraint violated encountered during upgrade

Symptom

During an upgrade /update the error ORA-00001 unique constraint violated is encountered in DBCLONE phase but finding the duplicate records as per the  script of the SAP Note 23237 does not result any rows .

The error looks similar to the below ones -:
