1743775 - Data Manager package fails with the error "Failed to write master data"

Symptom

  • Import BW InfoObject master data package fails with the error "Failed to write master data".
  • Processing this dimension manually from Admin Console continues indefinitely. Job monitor from the backend shows the job is "waiting".
  • This error occurs only with one specific dimension.
  • Performing "Refresh Dimension member" in Admin Console and Running UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE from the backend doesn't resolve the issue.
