Symptom
- After resetting the security settings it is not possible to login in BI.
- Error "Account Information Not Recognized: Access is denied" during logging in BI Launch Pad
- Error "Failed to Logon The system cannot log you on. (PS 10001) Access is denied" during logging in Explorer
- Behavior occurs only for SAP Users, Enterprise Users can login without problem
- Behavior occurs only for BI 4.0 environment, no problem in BI 4.1
