Symptom
When opening xlf in Dashboard Design SP04 (migrated from SP02) prompt defined in Add Query loses binding.
Environment
- Dashboard Design SP04.
- Business Object Enterprise 4.0 SP04.
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a xlf using Add Query in SP02 (with prompts).
- Map the prompts to the excel sheet.
- Save and export the xlf to repository.
- Open the same xlf in SP04.
- Check the prompt bindings in Add Query.
- The prompt binding will be lost.
Cause
Prompts defined in IDT are not allowed to enter custom value.
Resolution
- When opening a xlf created in Dashboard Design SP02 which uses Query Browser in SP04, we have to make sure that the prompt option "Select only from list" is unchecked.

3. Reopen in Dashboard Design SP04.
