1745481 - Error : "An error has occurred: java.lang.NullPointerException" when a non-administrator user click on destinations while scheduling a WebI or CR report in BI Launchpad

When a non-administrator user clicks on "Destinations" while scheduling a Web Intelligence or Crystal Reports document in BI Launchpad, it receives an error :  "An error has occurred: java.lang.NullPointerException".
