1746351 - Web Intelligence: Rich Internet Application viewer intermittently hangs

Symptom

A user is creating, viewing or modifying Web Intelligence (WebI) reports in BI Launchpad using the Rich Internet Application (Java) viewer
After creating/viewing/modifying several reports, the viewer hangs
Sometimes just the viewer hangs and reports can be opened and refreshed in new report tabs; at other times the browser hangs and the browser process must be terminated.
This problem does not occur in the web (DHTML) viewer.
