The BI 4.0 install is stuck at BOBJBiarFile state. The install comes at this point after completing around 80%. Following warning message is displayed in the Event Viewer.
"Database access error : Reason Transaction was deadlocked on lock resources on another process and has been chosen as deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction."
