• Error:  "AddNode completed with errors."
• Didn't update the web tier first.
• Ran the install on the processing tier first.
• Error:  "ERROR: ERROR: this server should not be using the AuditingService directly because it is a Service or Container Support Service."
• Error:  "ERROR: ERROR: this server should not be using the TraceLogService directly because it is a Service or Container Support Service."
• Error when running addnode manually:  "ERROR: A SIA with the name <sia name> and bootstrap file "/path/_boe_<sia name>.bootstrap" does not exist on this machine.  Help: Use a name from the the CCMs list of installed SIAs or remove the -update argument to add a new SIA."
