Symptom

While trying to login to BI Widgets as Windows AD / Enterprise user from a Windows 7 Client machine having Regional Settings -> Format set to English (India), following error is reflected:
Cannot connect to the Host.
login exception (Error: WSE 99998)
The argument has an invalid value en_IN
