Symptom

  • Notification can't be completed due to error "Outstanding task(s) exist(s)" in transaction code IW52 or IW22
  • You noticed some tasks remains as TSOS status, which should set status TSCO as complete
  • You have implemented the solution in SAP Note 210746, OSTS is still displayed in system status
  • In QMSM, the deletion indicator is not set as X for some task
