1748814 - PI SOAP adapter fail with error Status Code = 500

Symptom

  • SOAP adapter messages are failing in the Adapter Engine (AE) with the following error.
  • When set the Severity Level for log location com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.srt and also Log Locations for SOAP Adapter to Error or All as per SAP Note: 1514898 - Troubleshooting SAP Process Orchestration / Integration following error can be seen in the defaultTraces:

    SOAP: call failed: com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.srt.BubbleException: HTTP Response Received. Status Code = 500 [null "null"]

  • Which is due to the error:
    <SAP:Stack>XML tag Main/@versionMinor has incorrect value 001; expected value is 000
