1749017 - Crystal Reports with over 30 sub-reports don't run successfully on a Linux environment

Symptom

  • When scheduling a crystal report which has over 40 sub-reports, it fails with the error message: “Error: Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server”.
  • When running the same report on demand, it fails with the error message “an error occurred while processing the report  [RCIRAS0604]”.
  • The issue is specific to a Linux environment.
  • The same report runs fine with less than 30 sub-reports.
