Symptom

  • The export of a publication from Import Wizard or LifeCycle Manager (LCM) fails with the following error message:
Unknown export failure.
  • Running the following Query against the object in Query Builder (/AdminTools) returns a value of "-1" for the field SI_GLOBAL_DELIVERY_RULE_DOC_OBJECT_ID
SELECT SI_GLOBAL_DELIVERY_RULE_DOC_OBJECT_ID FROM CI_INFOOBJECTS WHERE SI_ID = <OBJECT SID>
