1750758 - DC build in CBS fails

Symptom

  • DC (Development Component) build failed in CBS (Component Build Service). From CBS request log it contains "ERROR!! Request handling has encountered DTR connectivity problems.  The request will be temporarily interrupted and will be retried."
  • Right after DC re-build from CBS DTR server default trace contains "[EXCEPTION] com.sap.bc.proj.jstartup.fca.FCAException: Output broken (-7). at com.sap.bc.proj.jstartup.fca.impl2.FCAConnection.getOutBuf3(Native Method).
