1750833 - Asynchronous processing is not always working after upgrade

Symptom

  • A system upgrade was made on your system (mostly from SRM 5 to SRM 7).
  • You have configured the Asynchronous Inbound mail processing as per link : Offline approval - general configuration
  • The incoming 'EBP_GEN_REPLY' offline approval mails are not always processed by the SRM system, even so if the mails are appearing in the SOIN transaction.
