1750979 - Exporting to an lcmbiar file in LCM results in the download of a file named exportJob.do

Symptom

  • After successfully updating to BI40 SP04, you cannot create an lcmbiar file
  • upon adding an application like "promotion management" to generate LCMBIAR file, LCM downloads a file named exportJob.do
  • The same issue does not occur on SP02 installs or other SP04 installs
  • This issue occurs only upon choosing certain objects within a job for example: Promotion Management application
  • The issue impacts both while promoting to live systems as well as promoting to .lcmbiar file
  • Similar errors as below are seen in the CMC logs (Default location & name similar to: C:\SBOPWebapp_CMC_10.167.254.236_8080)
