Symptom

  • When editing or saving the data from Employee self service - Personal Information services the corresponding data entered on ESS is not updated/saved in infotype.
  • When editing or saving the data from process and forms(including roadmap form) ,the corresponding data entered on forms is not updated/saved in infotype.
