Symptom
- When in the process of implementing the Online Integration Interface (OII) to integrate SAP Contact Center (CCtr) with CRM, the VU for the integration fails
- Upon further investigation, it has been determined from looking at the system Event Viewer logs, that the error is:
- Exception type: HttpException
- Exception message: Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetLibIpc, Version=1.0.4562.26500, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies.
- The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800736B1)
