Symptom

  • The product appears to work sometimes.
  • Strange behavior with the DQM for SAP product.
  • RFC server takes a long time to come up.
  • RFC server goes down and will not start.
  • Postal Validation (PV) and Deduplication (DES) does not work for periods of time.
  • The realtime service Job_Realtime_retrieve_country_purchased will not come up.
  • Strange errors with some of the DQM for SAP jobs in Data Services.
  • Error:  "ORA-00942: table or view does not exist"
  • Error:  "Job_Realtime_DQ_SAP_Retrieve_Country_Purchased Function call <sql ( DQ_SAP_DS, INSERT INTO DQ_SAP_SUPPORTED_COUNTRY (ISO_COUNTRY_CODE,SUPPORTED) VALUES('CY','x') ) > failed, due to error <70301>: <Oracle <schema_name> error message for operation <OCIStmtExecute>: <ORA-00942: table or view does not exist>.>."
