1752043 - Crystal Report based on universes from MS Access database fails to be refreshed or scheduled in CMC/BI launch pad

Symptom

Crystal Report created in Crystal Reports for Enterprise 4 based on universe from MS Access database refresh successfully.

However, when the report is published to Enterprise it fails to be refreshed or scheduled with error message : "The data source is invalid: '[]<java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method org.eclipse.emf.common.util.URI.isPlatform() of an object loaded from local variable 'uri'>'. Please contact the maintainer of the data source to solve the problem. (CRS 300003)"
