Symptom

  • Text formatted incorrectly.
  • HTML Text Interpretation does not format the text has expected. 
  • In Crystal Reports for Enterprise, when formatting text using HTML Text Interpretation, the text is not formatted correctly.
  • When viewing the exact same report in Support Pack 02, or Feature Pack 03, the text is formatted correctly, but not in Support Pack 04.
