Symptom
A requirement exists to save a Logical Unit of Work (LUW) from the Inbound Queue (transaction SMQ2
) for later analysis.
Saving LUWs is particularly useful during error analysis or to support investigations conducted by SAP Support.
Upon saving, LUWs are removed from the Inbound Queue and stored in transaction SMQ3
(Saved Inbound Queue).
