1753582 - You Receive an Error Message that a City Name Should Be Maintained for Your Sales Order

You receive an error message that a city name should be maintained for your Sales Order : the city in the address of account is missing.

1. Go to the Sales Order work center.
2. Go to the Sales Order view.
3. Edit Sales Order XYZ (XYZ represents the identification of a sales order).
4. Save and Release the sales order

You receive the following error message : the city in the address of account is missing.

This is the normal system behaviour.

 

A complete address should be maintained for the Bill-to address, Ship-to address and Account Address.
A complete address means the following :

The Country should be maintained, The City should be maintained and at least one of the following field should be maintained :

• Street
• Postal Code
• P.O. Box
• P.O. Box City
• Company Postal Code
