Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales Order work center.
  2. Go to the Sales Order view.
  3. Edit the Sales Order ABC (ABC represents the identification of the sales order).

The following message is triggered : Item XX : Mandatory List Price missing

This is the normal system behavior.

In an intercompany process the price is determined based on the list price maintained for the given product in CRM.
Even if a list price is entered manually in the purchase order (this is the customer expected price) , it is not propagated to the sales order.
This customer expected price is just for reference. It helps calculating any major price deviation between the sales order list price and the customer expected price.

You have to maintain the list price or enter it manually in the sales order.

In this case you have the following possibilities:

  • Maintain a list price in the Product and Service Portfolio work center in the view pricing (Help center article : Pricing in Customer Relationship Management).
  • In case you need to fix the issue only for this sales order, you can add the list price in the item directly.

Warning message 'Item XX: Customer expected net value ABC differs from item net value DEF' is raised as the amount mentioned in the Purchase Order is different that the one mentioned in the Sales Order. If you correct the issue with the list price as mentioned above in the sales order, this warning is no longer displayed.
