1753847 - Users not populating in CMC, error "No item to display" even though there are users in the system

• In Central Management Console (CMC) > Users and Groups > User List, get "No item to display" on the first page. Total: on the bottom of the page is larger than 0 and there are more than one pages of users. Going to page 2 returns users whose names start with 'c' or similar.
• Running the following query in Query Builder returns the users as expected: SELECT TOP 100 SI_ID, SI_NAME FROM CI_SYSTEMOBJECTS WHERE (SI_KIND = 'User') ORDER BY SI_NAME.
• In CMS logs see the following error message: assert failure: (.\Aggregation.cpp:1575). (k != aliasToUser.end() : Unknown alias returned from auth plugin's GetAttributes().
