Symptom

  • Errors during installation.
  • Can't get past local repository creation screen.
  • Cannot connect to repository during installation.
  • Can connect to repository from the machine outside of installation.
  • Can create an ODBC connection just fine.
  • Error:  "Cannot open connection to the repository. The error message from the underlying DBMS is <ODBC call <SQL Driver Connect> for data source <data source name> failed: <[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Login failed for user 'username'. Notify customer support.> (BODI-20006)
