1755230 - Hyperlinks in report failing after BOE XI 3.1 SP5 upgrade

Symptom

  • After upgrading from XI 3.1 SP2 to SP5 hyperlinks in reports fail to open the target report.
  • Below is an example hyperlink which works in XI 3.1 SP2 but fails to work in SP5:
