Symptom

The following error message is reported after pressing the button "Test" during the creation of a new PCM Datastore:

"Failed while calling the 'Profitability and Cost Management (PCM)'
system to perform the 'getModelList' action.

javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException:
org.apache.cxf.service.factory.ServiceConstructionException: Failed to create service.
org.apache.cxf.service.factory.ServiceConstructionException: Failed to create service."
