Symptom

  • Prompt values are not retained while rescheduling any of the successful Web Intelligence report instances
  • Prompt values for the first successful instance are displayed when clicked on reschedule on any of the instances
  • Rescheduling from an instance presents the parameters from the template and not from the instance
  • Issue is specific to Web Intelligence reports, Crystal reports work as expected
