1756866 - Backflush components are not posted by transaction code CATA due to error message M7001

Symptom

When transferring CATS data into the applications PM/CS/PS per transaction code CATA, the components planned for backflush in the order or network are not posted. Error message M7001 (Check table 158: entry CATA does not exist) can be found out in transaction code COGI.
