1757033 - Outgoing entity not visible in hierarchical scope - FC

Symptom

When consolidation method of reporting unit is set as the following:

- Method at opening: Equity Method (EM) or Full Consolidation (FC)

- Method at closing: Not Consolidated (NC)

... the RU cannot be found in the Hierarchical scope and in the "Reporting units to be inserted in the hierarchy”.

If this RU can't be set in hierarchical scope, then RU is not included in the consolidation
