1757158 - Setting deny "Add object to folder" general right also blocks users from editing existing universes

• If you specifically deny a user the general security right to "add objects to folder" on the universe folder, this also prevents the user from modifying the existing universes and saving these back. This will give you a security not allowed error when trying to modify and save an existing universe back from within Information Design Tool (IDT). This should NOT be the case as these users are granted rights to edit.
