1757677 - Publication using Dynamic Recipients run incorrect when source is a CR report using SAP mdx driver

• When a publication with Dynamic Recipients and personalization is scheduled for more than one recipient, the mdx query runs first with no filters and then runs for each recipient.  This initial potentially large MDX query can cause load and performance issues on the SAP BW backend servers.
