1758931 - Error in PI when publishing to Services Registry

When publishing a service, to the Services Registry (SR), in the Process Integration (PI) Integration Builder Directory you get an error similar to below:
com.sap.aii.ib.core.uddi.RegistryClientException: A save request exceeded the quantity limits for a given structure type

• The full error is:
  Fatal Internal Error:
  com.sap.aii.ib.core.uddi.RegistryClientException: A save request exceeded the quantity limits for a given structure type.
  Number of Business Entities exceeds your limit of 1 (2)....
