1759334 - Cannot access adapter instance <adapter name> configured for Job Server <Job Server Name>- Data Services 4.0

Symptom

  • After migrating from Data Services 3.2 to 4.0 version, the adapter datastore cannot be edited or modified. 
  • The following error is  produced: 

Cannot access adapter instance <adapter name> configured for Job Server <Job Server Name>,
Possible reasons:

1. Cannot start adapter instance.
2. Job Server is not started.
3. Adapter datastore is not adjusted after import.
4. Adapter was shutdown but not restarted yet. (BODI-1112328)
