1759378 - Data is missing from Wily dashboards and some dashboards show incorrect time scale

Symptom

  • When viewing the BOE dashboards in Wily Introscope, some dashboards look correct but other dashboards appear to be missing bits of data intermittently
  • Some dashboards are showing an incorrect time scale where other dashboards are showing the correct time scale (for example: the time scale is set to 11:00 - 12:00 but one or more dashboards show 18:00 - 19:00)
