1759760 - Crystal Report based on informix with unicode property enabled will fail to run on Linux

Symptom

  • Crystal Report that uses an Informix 11.5 database with Unicode property, will fail and return the following error when OS is Linux:
    “Failed to open the connection. ~tmpxxxxxxxxxx.rpt”  (note that xxxx will be a auto-generated number).
