1759791 - E-mail action is not triggered when several partner functions are assigned to the same business partner

• You created an action for e-mail to be sent when a specific status is set in the incident or change document, but the action is not executed even if the schedule and start conditions are met.
• Email action shows the following error:
  "No suitable partner has been determined
   No partner exists with role XXXXXX"
