1760130 - Deviating Holiday Calendar Not Displayed in Employee's Time File

As a time administrator, you have the authority to maintain an employee's Public Holiday Calendar, which may differ from the one defined in the Working Day Calendar of the employee's organizational unit in Business Residence. However, you cannot view the deviating holiday calendar in the employee's time file.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Time Administration work center.
2. Select the Work view.
3. Open the respective Complete Time Data (hire) task.
4. Click Next button to go to step 2 Define Work Schedule.
5. Select Deviating Holiday Calendar in Holiday Calendar Assignment.
6. You can set public holiday calendar here.

Then you want to check the Public Holiday Calendar in employee's time file:

1. Go to Time Administration work center.
2. Go to Employees view.
3. Select the respective employee and the Edit button.
4. Go to the Time Profile tab. There is no field to show the defined Deviating Holiday Calendar.

This is system designed behavior. You can see employee's Deviating Holiday Calendar as follows:

1. Go to the Time Administration work center.
2. Select the Regular Tasks view.
3. Select the Maintain Deviating Holiday Calendar link.

Or

1. Go to the Time Administration work center.
2. Select the Employees view.
3. Select the respective employee.
4. Select Maintain Deviating Holiday Calendar in the Actions button.
