1760318 - IC: Import balances with wrong separator

Symptom

  • When importing a file containing balances with wrong separators in the local/transaction amount,A balance is created in the system with 0 amount although the import fails. 
  • Error: "Invalid transaction amount " and/or "Invalid local amount "in the log file.
