1761799 - SUM fails during deployment of KMC-WIK

• When upgrading portal from NW 7.3 to NW 7.3 EHP1,The SUM tool gives the following error:-
  
  "Service com.sap.sdt.jspm.service.JspmService failed with message:Could not update components.More information can be found in the log file \usr\sap\trans\SUM\sdt\log\SUM\DEPLOY-COMPONENTS_02.LOG."
  
  
• The DEPLOY-COMPONENT_02.Log shows the following error:-
  
  "E R R O R ******* (DbSqlStatement dev 19.03.2012 12:40:00)14:19:03 2012-07-31 dbs-Error:  Exception caught during SQL execution ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object ,,OpenSQLExceptionCategories: [NON_TRANSIENT, DB_OBJECT_EXISTS] CREATE INDEX "JVIMG_OBJT_IDX" ON "WIK_IMAGE" ("OBJECTTYPE", "OBJECTID")"
