1762482 - How Purchase Orders are Created Automatically

After receiving demand for a product you have run the MRP(Material Requirement Planning) for it. The system has created purchase proposals and you have released the proposal to generate the purchase request.

Now, when you again open the product planning details screen and check for the purchase request ID, you could see that the system has created purchase order for it.

1. Go to the Supply Planning work center.
2. Select the Products view.
3. Select the product ID and choose Open button.
4. You could see that the system has created Purchase Orders IDs.

In the Purchase Requests and Orders work center, under Common Tasks as you have defined the option Automatic Creation of Purchase Orders for all the product categories, the system has created the purchase orders automatically after receiving the purchase request in the work center.

The system is behaving as designed.
